• Payment has been successfully processed, AND
• Your book generation has been initiated
• Instantly created based on your unique inputs
• Immediately delivered to your email as a PDF file
• Non-returnable digital goods that cannot be "un-used"
• Custom-made specifically for you and cannot be resold
Once your book is generated and delivered, the service has been fully rendered.
• ✓ Review your prompts, themes, and character information carefully
• ✓ Verify your email address is correct
• ✓ Understand that AI-generated content may vary in quality and style
• ✓ Confirm you agree to our Terms of Service
• ✓ Ensure you understand that all sales are final
Once you click "Generate" or "Purchase," you acknowledge that you cannot cancel or request a refund.
• You were charged but no book generation was initiated
• The charged amount was incorrect due to a system error
Action: Contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with proof of the error.
• The PDF file is corrupted and cannot be opened
Action: Contact us within 7 days of purchase with:
• Your order confirmation or transaction ID
• The email address you used
• Description of the issue
Resolution: We will resend your book or regenerate it. Refunds will only be issued if we cannot resolve the delivery issue.
Action: Contact us within 7 days with your transaction details.
• ❌ You are dissatisfied with the AI-generated content, style, or quality
• ❌ You made a typo in your prompts or character names
• ❌ The AI interpretation differs from your expectations
• ❌ You entered an incorrect email address and did not receive your book
• ❌ Your email provider blocked or filtered our delivery email (check spam/junk folders)
• ❌ You no longer want the book after it has been generated
• ❌ You changed your mind after purchase
• ❌ You accidentally made a duplicate purchase (please check carefully before purchasing again)
• ❌ You violated our Terms of Service
You may cancel your order before clicking the final "Purchase" or "Pay" button.
After Payment is Processed:
Cancellations are not possible once payment has been processed and book generation has begun. The process is automated and immediate.
• If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
▪ Suspend or terminate your account
▪ Ban you from future use of the Service
▪ Pursue legal action for fraud
Legitimate Disputes:

• We will work with you in good faith to resolve legitimate issues

4. Technical Issues and Exceptions

4.2 Delivery Failures
